I am the CEO of Sequel Consulting Group, a best-selling author, keynote speaker, board advisor, fractional CHRO, and executive coach. I partner with organizations and leaders to design culture, align strategy and improve organizational transformation through fear-informed leadership using my proprietary methodology - 3Ease™ (Engage, Explore, Execute. 3Ease™ helps with navigating uncertainty and fear by moving beyond the instinctual "fight, flight, or freeze" responses.
