About
Computer scientist by training, product executive by experience. I specialize in transforming messy portfolios into scalable platforms customers love, and that businesses can scale.
At JLL (2017–2025), I doubled smart-building revenue YoY, won 21 Fortune 100 clients, and led AI-powered operations delivering 5–25% labor savings, 10–20% energy savings, and 15% operational uplift across multi-site portfolios. I built an IoT-enabled smart-building platform and partner ecosystem driving expansion, customer retention, and differentiation. I led acquisitions, assembling a market-leading Decarbonization Suite.
Previously: scaled Edge AI at FogHorn (driving acquisition by Johnson Controls), pioneered IIoT analytics at Cisco, and led global Agile transformations.
Today, I run EcoX AI Consulting, helping companies gain AI advantage as a Fractional CPO and advisor—implementing Product Operating Systems (increasing predictability 35%, adoption 50%), defining AI roadmaps, building GTM/pricing playbooks, and leading due diligence.
I am passionate about mentoring and teaching in the Duke MEM program and supporting women in tech leadership.
Let’s connect and discuss building high-impact products or teams.

Jun 2024 – Present(1 yr 11 mos)
Founder of EcoX AI Consulting, a fractional CPO firm helping services-heavy software businesses fix product execution and scale product revenue under growth and PE pressure. I embed as senior product leadership to establish clear ownership, roadmap discipline, and execution cadence—especially in environments where bespoke delivery, margin compression, or diligence scrutiny expose operating risk. AI is treated as a forcing function, not the solution. We use diagnostics (including Helix™ where appropriate) to baseline product and AI maturity, then drive change through leadership, operating systems, and execution—not pilots. Representative outcomes include: * Improved delivery predictability and execution clarity * Increased adoption of core product capabilities * Clearer separation between services revenue and scalable product revenue * Work spans product operating system design, product due diligence (pre/post deal), GTM and pricing alignment, and post-close value creation for VC- and PE-backed companies across PropTech, CleanTech, and industrial software.
