I’ve spent over 20 years leading in tech and biotech organizations through scale and restructuring, including serving as a Global Chief People Officer. I’ve worked inside companies growing from $30M to $5.5B, building leadership teams and operating models under real execution pressure.
I’ve sat in hundreds of leadership meetings where the strategy was sound and the talent was strong, yet progress slowed. What I see repeatedly is leadership systems lagging behind complexity. Directors and VPs absorb friction, decisions resurface, and senior leaders become the point of integration to keep work moving.
This shows up operationally:
• Leaders spending more time coordinating than executing
• Decisions revisited across meetings and weeks
• Escalations becoming the default path forward
The cost is slower execution and growing dependence on a small number of senior leaders.
I work with executives to redesign how leadership operates so strategy shows up in decisions, meetings, and follow-through. The work is hands-on and practical. We clarify decision rights, tighten escalation paths, redesign meeting cadence, and reset leadership habits so accountability moves without constant intervention.
Clients often turn to me when the pressure is high, the system feels stretched, and the path forward demands both courage and clarity. The goal is not more process, but a leadership system that can carry scale without relying on heroics.
Beyond my consulting and coaching practice, I serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams seeking to reimagine how they work and grow together.
I am an ICF-certified coach and I hold a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, an M.A. in Industrial and Social Psychology, and a B.A. in Psychology
