About
As a strategic HR executive, certified coach, and founder of Resiliency Theory, I transform organizations by architecting people-first strategies that drive business success and scale with purpose by building resilient, people-centered cultures that drive real results.
With over 20 years of experience leading people strategy and scaling startups, mid-sized, and global companies—from 50 to 18,000+ employees—I specialize in navigating growth, transformation, change management, and complexity. My work spans M&A integration, engagement and inclusion strategy, leadership development, and organizational design, all grounded in the belief that people strategy is business strategy.
I lead with curiosity, empathy, and a bias for action. If something no longer serves the people or the mission, it’s time to rethink it. Whether I’m serving as a Chief People Officer, fractional CPO, coaching executive leaders, or advising boards, my goal is always the same: to design future-ready organizations, build critical capabilities, and create scalable systems that drive operational excellence where people thrive, and performance follows. Whether mentoring future leaders or coaching executives, I focus on developing the skills needed for tomorrow's challenges.
Through my Resiliency Theory platform, a podcast, blog, and thought leadership, I explore the human side of leadership—values, vulnerability, resiliency, and what it really takes to lead through change. I'm passionate about fostering workplaces where people thrive and businesses excel.
If you’re building something meaningful and ready to scale smart, I’d love to connect.
