I developed and maintained applications for global sales and distribution systems and rights and delivered digital media to broadcast facilities. Further, I administered global B2B websites, all finance systems, and back-office systems, comprising payroll, ITSM applications, and studio operations systems. NOTABLE IMPACT • Saved $1M+ in operational expenses through improvement of efficiencies and simplifying support and delivery by successfully applying best practices and shifting paradigm from on-site resources to offshore — transitioning from 50% capital and 50% support to 80% capital work and 20% support — to account for more time on strategic capital projects. • Navigated and lead the SPE restoration effort following intense and consequential cyberattack, masterminding full recovery process for 450 critical applications and “white room” operations and reinstating key systems from bare metal in under 3 months, with complete restoration achieved in 9. • Pioneered BI data lake strategy enabling data to be shared across lines of business from motion picture group, home entertainment, and TV, streamlining reporting by providing singular view of data that could be split by each division, allowing them to view data as each wished and reducing time to greenlight series by 77%, from 2 months down to 2 weeks.
