About

After more than three decades building, operating and scaling global businesses, I now work with a select portfolio of high-growth companies as a Fractional / Portfolio Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Most companies reach a stage where they have:

• a strong product

• talented people

• real customer demand

…but lack the operational infrastructure needed to scale.

That is where I help.

Throughout my career I have focused on turning strategy into operational reality — building and restructuring the teams, processes and systems required to support sustainable growth, maximize profits and future-proof businesses.

As Global COO of OLIVER Agency (part of The Brandtech Group), I helped scale the company from a UK-only 1,000-person agency into a $500M global business with 4,500 employees operating across 36 countries improving GP by over 10% ($50M).

Key areas where I typically help companies:

• Operational infrastructure and governance

• Global delivery models and offshore capabilities

• Building strong operations teams and coaching and mentoring leaders across regions and functions

• Process improvements and operational discipline

• Safe AI/automation and enterprise-grade technology rollout and adoption (8 US technology Patents)

I work with companies on a part-time retainer basis, allowing them to access senior operational leadership, experience and hands-on assistance without the cost of a full-time COO.

Alongside operating roles, I am also available for select Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor roles, particularly with companies navigating scale, operational transformation, or international expansion.

• Growth stage companies

• AI enabled businesses

• Marketing / technology platforms

• Global services businesses
