As a global strategic C-level operations executive, Fortune 500 advisor, and retired Brigadier General, I lead turnarounds growth and transformation from 25+ years of combined experience in strategic operations executions, P&L/billion-dollar oversight, technology and digital transformations, cybersecurity, and organizational culture. I partner with private, public, and Fortune 500 corporations, and CEOs/Boards on operations, governance, space technology, cybersecurity, AI, risk/crisis management, regulatory compliance, and change management. I provide valuable and actionable strategies in times of growth and crisis with a unique perspective honed while living/leading globally.
Currently, as the CEO/Founder of The Delta-v, LLC, I partner with companies, CEOs, and Boards of Technology, AI, Space, and Defense companies on business strategy, governance, AI transformation, operations optimization, risk mitigation and culture. I work with and guide Fortune 500 and industry leaders through a strategic AI transformation – from AI tech implementation, adoption, workforce readiness, and transition, ensuring employee and stakeholder buy-in and engagement.
Additionally, as an expert in Space & Defense, I advise Fortune 500 defense leader BAE Systems’ executives on strategy regarding electronic warfare capabilities with near-peer competitors. At Capitol Defense Consulting LLC, I advise Leadership on operations and domain expertise, opening my vast network for development, fielding, and operation of critical DOD capabilities. Also facilitate high-impact Board retreats, optimizing dynamics, clarity, and strategy alignment.
Previously, I led a 28-year career breaking barriers in the US Air Force, including as Chief of Staff, Space Operations Command in the US Space Force, overseeing 4,100 people, supporting 38K space/cyber professionals across 134 global locations. I created the first of 3 US Space Force field commands as Chief Architect. Earlier, I held $816M P&L, reversed an operational gap, and oversaw 6 multi-billion-dollar assets across maintenance, logistics, and execution. Throughout my roles, I advised the Secretary of the Air Force, Secretary of Defense, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Capitol Hill, and White House on operational matters.
