Led New Zealand industrial app design team to build a browser based geospatial process engine specifically designed to model and optimize workflows for the management of public infrastructure, including road, water and property assets. Our platform offered advanced project management and forward works budget tracking capabilities. We gave engineers visual context for projects by seamlessly integrating advanced geo-referenced imagery below ground, at ground level and aerial photography. Our networked sensors could monitor any x, y, z coordinate in real time to track safety of bridges, utilities, public watersheds, etc. Trifecta's IP was acquired in 2013.

Patent author for EXCEED™ Individual Education Plans (IEPs), a robust platform that managed all aspects of Special Education and IEPs. The multidimensional platform ensured timeline compliance, form set compliance and legal compliance, including consents, referrals, evaluations, Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) and service delivery arrangements. We Implemented Cognos Business Intelligence for district wide analysis of student performance and revealed that each school was using a different reading program which resulted in many children failing to learn to read. By standardizing one reading program across the district, reading scores doubled. During its first year, EXCEED™ IEP reduced the time teachers spent completing paperwork from eight to two hours per week. We grew sales from $2.5 to $50M in first 5 years of business.
