With over 15 years of experience in learning, leadership development, and inclusion work, I’ve evolved my practice beyond traditional L&D into strategic learning design grounded in organizational psychology, adult learning science, and behavior change. My work focuses on how people actually change—how they make decisions, build habits, and lead in complex systems.
