Over 25 years I have led sales organizations of 160+ people, managed $200M+ P&L portfolios, and delivered 98-105% quota attainment across SaaS, fintech, enterprise technology, and CPG. As a fractional CRO I have closed $1M+ enterprise contracts, scaled revenue from zero to six figures in months for a startup in consumer products, and built RevOps frameworks across 15+ platforms.
Today I work at the intersection of Enterprise AI, Fintech, technology services and B2B SaaS - where the buyer is complex, the cycle is long, and the cost of commercial ambiguity is high. I build GTM by product layer and buyer type. ABM, outbound, partnerships, and direct sales work as one coordinated motion tied to closed revenue.
What I bring that most fractional operators do not, I have actually run the rooms. Led a 160-person sales org. Built teams from scratch. Managed multi-market P&Ls. Delivered culture transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients including Caesars Entertainment, ADP, and BMW.
I also bring a native Spanish-speaking LATAM network and direct in-market commercial experience across Colombia, Mexico, and other countries in Latin America.
