About

I help people and organizations grow—with clarity, strategy, and a bit of laughter to keep things grounded.

I’m the founder of SpiritHawk Coaching & Consulting, where I help clients navigate growth, change, and complexity without losing their people—or their humanity. I do this through two core lanes:

1. Strategic Consulting

For over 25 years, I’ve worked with organizations to assess what’s really going on, then design learning and performance solutions that unlock capability and drive results. My clients have included Fortune 500 companies like Meta, Shell, The Home Depot, and Virgin Media. Whether I’m designing a global leadership curriculum or coaching a team through a high-stakes pivot, I meet people where they are—and help them move forward with purpose and presence.

2. Transformational Coaching for Executives and Leaders

I work with experienced leaders who are ready to move beyond performance and into presence. They’re done with performative leadership. They want clarity, connection, and the ability to lead with intention in high-stakes environments. My coaching focuses on building trust, self-awareness, grounded decision-making, and the courage to lead with more humanity—and less armor.

And Then There’s the Fun Part…

I’m also building a growing series of experiential workshops called Improv for Better™—designed to help people build resilience, connection, and the ability to pivot toward creativity (instead of fear) when the unexpected shows up. They’re light-hearted. Brain-informed. Surprisingly transformative.

Each one uses my original LAUGHS Method™ (Listen, Activate, Unwind, Gut, Humor, Show Up)—a foundation rooted in neuroscience, wellness, and improv to help people show up more grounded, adaptable, and ready to collaborate in real time.

A portion of proceeds from every workshop supports a nonprofit—chosen by the client or, in public offerings, a local food bank.

What I Believe:

* Strategy and soul should co-exist

* Burnout isn’t a leadership trait

* Humor isn’t a distraction—it’s a leadership skill

* And the best growth happens when we stop being performative and start connecting

If you’re looking for a partner who brings insight, warmth, and a practical kind of courage—I’m here. Let’s make the hard stuff easier. And maybe even a little bit fun.
